What Is This Thing?

I’ll be the first to admit that I know very little about antiques… But I found this oddity at a local antique shop.

    Ummm….that would be the original push mower for your lawn, Don. You need to visit my parents a lot more often!

    Tanya, I looking back at it… I don’t think it’s a mower. The big pointed teeth make me think it’s some kind of tiller, or baler or something. :-)

    So you are both right – If you turn the blades down – it mows down the weeds and flip handle around to put teeth down to till the garden..from Tanya’s parents…
